Lloyd "Chip" Rabb was born in 1953 and raised in Arizona in a railroad family. In 1973, at the age of 19, he went to work for the Southern Pacific in Tucson, Arizona as a brakeman/switchman. In 1976, Chip was promoted to locomotive engineer and worked in that position while attending the University of Arizona. Chip graduated from the UofA with a degree in Business Administration. While still working as an engineer, Chip went on to law school and graduated from the UofA College of Law in 1985. After being admitted to practice law in Arizona, Chip gave up almost 14 years of seniority on the railroad to devote his time to the practice of law.

Chip began developing a broad legal background in litigation, business law, real estate and construction, estates and trusts and family law.  After acquiring extensive experience in each area, Chip began to focus his practice in litigation.  He used his already extensive knowledge and experience in railroads and train operations, signal systems and track maintenance to represent railroad employees who were injured at work under the Federal Employer's Liability Act (FELA) to develop his litigation practice.  That experience and knowledge has been further enhanced by his long membership, directorship and presidency in the national organization of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys.

Chip's trial and litigation experience over several decades in cases involving railroad injuries, nursing home abuse, automobile accidents, product defect cases, medical cases and more has been the reason he has ascended to the Presidency of the Arizona Association for Justice/Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and been listed in Best Lawyers In AmericaLaw and Politic's "Super Lawyers of the Southwest" and as one of Tucson's top lawyers by Tucson Lifestyle.  Chip has also received his Martindale Hubble AV rating by his peers.

Licensed in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado and an Arizona Certified Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation and a board certified Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocates, Chip devotes his entire practice to protecting consumer rights, the rights of railroad men and women when injured by the negligence of the railroad, as well as, all other people when injured by the negligent or wrongful acts of others.
